Version of September 2026
In this privacy policy, the Somatica practice explains how personal data is collected and processed. This policy is designed to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), to the extent these apply.
Responsible for the data processing described here is the Somatica practice, Francesca Rossi, [address as above]. For any privacy concerns, contact francesca@somatica.ch.
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, includes no third-party tracking, and offers no newsletter. Personal data reaches the practice only when you contact me directly, for example by email (name, email address, and your message) or when booking appointments (name and contact details).
Health information you share in the course of my work is treated as particularly sensitive and is kept strictly confidential.
Your personal data is processed solely to carry out the client relationship, to keep the records required of a therapy practice, and to comply with legal obligations. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time; this does not affect processing already carried out.
Your personal data is stored for as long as required to fulfil contractual and statutory duties, in particular for the duration of the professional relationship and the statutory retention periods for therapy documentation. Once the data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken to protect your personal data against unauthorised access and misuse. Please note that internet-based transmission, such as email, can never be fully protected against access by third parties.
To the extent provided by the data protection law applicable to you, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to this processing. You may also enforce your claims in court or lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Switzerland this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (www.edoeb.admin.ch).
This privacy policy may be amended at any time without prior notice. The current version published on this website applies.
These terms apply to all craniosacral therapy sessions and fascial unwinding sessions provided by the Somatica practice.
A single session costs CHF 140. Discounted 3- and 6-session packages are available as listed on the website; the 3-session package is valid for 3 months and the 6-session package for 6 months. Sessions are self-pay and payable out of pocket. Reduced fees are available on request, according to individual circumstances. Single appointments are paid at the end of the session by Twint, cash, or Bitcoin (BTC). Packages are paid in full before the first treatment of the package and can be settled with the same methods or by bank transfer. An invoice for your records is provided after payment.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Later cancellations will be charged the full price of the session.
Please let me know as early as possible so the time can be offered to someone else.
Craniosacral therapy complements medical care but does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Sessions take place at your own responsibility; if you have health concerns, please consult your doctor.
All personal data and everything you share in sessions is treated confidentially and is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law.
Should individual provisions of these terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Amendments require written form. Swiss law applies.
